The Apache is the world's most fearsome attack helicopter its pilots refer to flying it as 'Riding the Dragon'.2012 Afghanistan, and 664 Squadron of the Army Air Corps are in daily action over the rugged and harsh Afghan terrain flying the AH-1 Apache, reputably the worlds most advanced and difficult to fly attack helicopter. Its crew, valued by the Taliban as targets of propaganda to the point that Apache air crew had to be given the same anonymity as special forces personnel.

A male romance novel.

I usually don't give harsh reviews but this book was abysmal. Posing as a gripping tale of Apache action in Afghanistan, this book is trope. The combat sections will put you to sleep and the sections regarding the main character and girlfriend are straight from a romance novel, melodrama is over the top. The AI reading was horrible, no inflection and pronounced terms like IED as opposed to saying the letters, and IED was used quite a bit throughout the book. I even wonder if the author is real and not an AI made up character. Certainly this book could have been AI written. There are way better titles about Apache pilots out there. Skip this one!
