What would you do for control?

This book had me sucked in right away… I mean that voice! Have him whisper in my ears like that.. HOLY HOT.

This was the first book I read/listened to so I have no back story.

I felt like Richard is consumed with guilt, and or misplaced guilt. He has given the girl he wants to his best friend. But you can’t give away the willing.
So he is kind of lost and when Andrea asks for help for a role she is playing, I feel like it’s more than that. Like she was seeking out the submissive lifestyle, even before her role.

Richard goes along with it I think personal because he was lonely. He never planned to have feeling for her.
For me Andrea was a sneaky chicky, I think she knew what she wanted and went after it… My kind of girl.

Overall I enjoyed this Audio and I will be looking for more by this narrator you can count on that!

BEST BOOK & BEST NARRATOR IN THIS SERIES!

I wasn't a big Richard fan after book 1 but honestly I think that may have been partially because of the narration. In the books following book 1, the narrators both made me think of Richard as a young playboy just looking to have some fun. It was a little story but mostly it was the voice and tones used.

So imagine my surprise when I finish book 6 and can say it's my favorite of them all. Richards story is hot!!! He is so much more than I thought he was and Andrea brings out the best in him. These two are off the charts together, they are explosive, fun and they help each other in way neither new possible. Loved it!

Aaron Shedlock was perfect for Richard. He completely changed my feeling about Richard and made him dark and hot and demanding! Best narrator in the series!!

What made the experience of listening to Richard's Reign the most enjoyable?

I was given this book on audio and I loved it. I loved the narrator and I loved this story. This is my first time reading a book by Vanessa, but it won't be my last. I have to go back and read the first two books in the Enthrall Series! I recommend this book for a great story and I loved the audio so no excuse not to check it out!

There's so much to love about this audiobook. The story, the characters and the narration!

Aaron Shedlock delivered the definitive voice of Richard that Vanessa Fewings has been writing for years.

The twisted turns this tale takes makes you look forward to long drives. You may actually volunteer for long distance errands! And your daily commute is guaranteed to leave you smiling.

It's fun, funny and for sure one to save for future re-listening!

By far my favorite voice of Richard. Can't wait for the next one - hope they team up again!!

I was given the opportunity to review this book on audio and I loved the narrators voice. He brought the story alive and I felt so many emotions while listening. This was my first time reading anything by this author and I was pleasantly surprised. I had no problem getting into the story even though this book is apart of a series and I haven't read the other books. We have Richard who is still heartbroken over losing his last sub, Mia, to his friend, Cameron. He gets asked to work with a movie starlet, Andrea. Andrea needs to do research for her current movie role. Richard wants more with Andrea but his heart is torn. There is still baggage from his last relationship. You can feel the inner struggle with his heart and head. The relationship with him and Andrea was slow to build and wasn't instant. It's nice when the author develops the connections between two people. There's a lot of tense moments in this story and at some points I didn't know what was going to happen. If you want to know what happens you have to read to find out. This was definitely one hot, kinky, sexy romance story. I'm definitely going to add the rest of the series to my list.

Ok, let me get this out the way. I received this book free for my honest opinion. Now let me say that this book is a Volume 6 but I haven't read any of the other books and still loved it. Oh Richard was hot, smart and dominant so what else is really needed. He was filled with guilt but at the same time filled with compassion. He wanted to be loved and he got it!!! I loved this book truly and now want to go back and read the others. This was sweet and sexy!!

Yes I have. Aaron Shedlock narrating in RICHARD'S REIGN is music to my ears! He bought Richard to life in my mind!

I have read all of the books in this series. I really wasn't sure I was going to enjoy Richards book. After what he did to Mia. But I found myself falling in love with his character. It shows a different side of him. Then Andrea comes into the picture and the sparks start to fly! Holly hotness is all I can say!! I gave it 5 stars and it is worth every penny.

Freaking Awesome!!

This audio had me from the moment I turned it on and boy'o boy did it turn me on!! I loved the narrator so much it was his voice that captivated me from the get go. Story line was great. I would recommend this audio to anyone and everyone. So worth the credit. Sexy was HOT and yummy!! Do not miss this audio.

Lovers of BDSM Club romances will not want to miss Richard’s Reign. Sporting all of the dominant/submissive spellbinding pleasures of this sub genre plus a commanding, sexy performance by Aaron Shedlock, this is a quick, novella length, satisfying listen that is perfect for audiobook fans.

For those of you who are wondering if this sixth book in the Enthrall Sessions can be read as a standalone: yes it can. In fact this is the only book I’ve read or listened to in this series. While there is definitely a feeling that some of the characters have been introduced previously, the author does a great job of providing backgrounds and the romance between the two primary characters is fully contained within this book.

Richard Booth is at a crossroads. Having just given up his submissive to his best friend, who also runs the elite BDSM club, Enthrall, where he is a senior Dom, Richard feels at a loss when his paths cross with an A list actress, Andrea Buckingham, who is looking for coaching for her next role as a submissive.

Richard doesn’t do untrained subs–which is part of the reason why he lost his last one to his best friend–and has his own family demons which keep him wanting to stay very much out of the spotlight that such a well known celebrity would undoubtedly cast him into. But when he tries his best to get himself out of the assignment and Andrea keeps breaking his rules to force herself upon him, Richard finds that this may just be the assignment to break him out of his rut. But can a submissive training assignment with a spoiled actress, who doesn’t know the first thing about submitting, ever possibly turn in to a HEA?

This was my first experience with Aaron Shedlock and I was very impressed. He has the perfect soothing, deep voice to play Richard’s part. Moreover, he produces distinguishable voices for each one of the many characters in this book. And perhaps the most surprising for a narrator who can do sexy male voices do well is that his female voices were also very well done and genuine sounding in tone.

All in all, Richard’s a Reign was an enjoyable, provocative listen, and I look forward to exploring more by both this author and narrator in the future.

I'll be honest: I came here for Aaron's voice.
And wow.
That was worth it, it was.

But BDSM. It's not my favorite type of romance.
But it is the one that still keeps me engaged. Can't say that it is easy to get bored, you know?
I had no idea the levels of kink that existed until I tripped across this genre. I'm sure certain aspects are dramatized but in almost every book, I come across something I wasn't familiar with and you know, sometimes you really CAN say that you learn something new every day.
Like Pony Play. I shouldn't be able to be shocked anymore but. Apparently I can be. Wow.

I enjoyed aspects (like the building & giving of trust between the two MCs) and if you are a bondage fan, this is one you will probably enjoy - or at least be entertained by!
