Excellent!
Gives you a taste of knowledge, but in story form with characters. Making it easier, in my mind, to understand how Real Estate investment works. A very enjoyable read.

What a refreshing modern parable that brings all financial independence ideas together!!
Great story, great content and beautifully presented. So many books these days present an idea and then belabor it to death with myriad examples. This story gives the reader all the information they need without the repetition, so refreshing!!

Captivating!
A lot of investment books give you a lot of jargon and knowledge, but seldom do finish the book having FELT the content. Rich does an amazing job of bringing the reading deep into the story and helping you feel the importance of his chapters

Engaging and helpful!
The author, Rich Fettke, does an amazing job of telling this story. The writing is thoughtful and engaging. I like the authentic and entertaining approach to the characters, read by the author, made me feel like I was present. The lessons are extremely helpful. There are lessons in numerous areas of life. I recommend this book and or audio presentation to anyone who is looking to improve their life!

Inspiring book!
I really enjoyed how the life lessons and investing lessons where told inside the story. It was very relatable, and I enjoyed the different voices for the characters. I would definitely recommend this book!
