Publisher's summary

The eight book in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series!

Calm turns to chaos when a mysterious fortune teller comes to town.

At first, the fortune teller’s pleasant predictions amuse the residents of Harmony Lake, but lives are turned upside down when she uncovers deep, dark secrets that some people would prefer to keep buried.

Mysticism turns to mystery when the fortune teller predicts her own murder.

When the finger of suspicion points at someone close to me, I’m determined to clear their name by finding the real killer.

Was the fortune teller’s tragic fate really in the cards, or did her secret identity and troubled past catch up with her? Were her psychic powers real or was she a crafty con artist?

With a little help from my friends, I predict we can find the real killer before the wrong person takes the blame.

If you like your cozy mysteries with a bit of humor, small-town Canadian life, a hint of romance, a close circle of quirky, lovable characters that you wish you knew in real life, dogs and cats, and free knitting patterns, there's something in this series for you.

Clean story: no graphic violence, sex, or strong language.

Each book in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series is a stand-alone mystery that is solved by the end of the book. The books can be enjoyed in any order; however, the characters lives and relationships evolve and change over time.

Wonderful book and series!

Rest in Fleece is #8 in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series by Reagan Davis. A fortune teller shatters the harmony in Harmony Lake and her death uncovers many secrets. Megan engages in her hobby to help Eric unravel the mystery and find the killer. Along the way Megan and her modern family discover some nice secrets too. I love the relationships between characters and how they grow and mature. The narration by Zim Avaltrades is great. Her performance brings the characters and story to life. There is a preview of the next book and now I can’t wait to read / listen to it. I received a free copy of the audiobook for my honest review.

kept me engaged

This is the eighth in the Knitorious Murder Mystery series. I listened to this. The series just gets better and better. We learn more about Eric and his family.

A fortune teller turns up dead; an Eric look-a-like comes to town and other strange things are going on. There are plenty of people upset with the fortune teller. Is she a scam artist? You might be surprised when all is revealed. We are also introduced to a couple with three kids vacationing. All of these seem to be related but how?

It was a well-crafted story. Plenty of twists and turns. Plenty of suspects to include Hannah’s policeman boyfriend.

I look forward to the next installment. I highly recommend this clean mystery.

Another engaging visit to Harmony Lake

All of the books in the Knitorious Murder Mystery Series have unique, well crafted storylines and Rest in Fleece is no exception. It’s an entertaining cozy mystery with humor, romance, mystery, and as always, quirky characters. The narration is well done, and I started and finished listening in one day. I needed answers, ha ha. I loved the ending of this book. Start with book one, and listen to all of these good stories.

Fun cozy mystery!

Megan is in for some surprises in this book. A fortune teller seems to be possibly at the center of everything. These characters are so fun in this series! Megan and her family’s lives continue as the murder mystery evolves around them. This is an easygoing cozy mystery series. I listened to the audiobook and the narration was enjoyable to listen to.

Wonderful Cozy

Rest in Fleece is book 8 in A Knitorious Murder Mystery by Reagan Davis. I think this series is so enjoyable and entertaining. I enjoy Megan and the supporting characters are so well written and I especially like the way the characters relationships grow and change in each book in a realistic way. When the fortune teller predicted their own murder, Megan sets out to save Jackson. Zim Avaltrades gives a terrific performance in the narration. A Knitorious Murder Mystery is a fantastic series and I can't wait for book 9!

Typical cozy mystery

Some nice characters and the mystery was fun but unfortunately the narrator was horrible. The first two female characters sounded like they should have been elves with such high voices. And then the male characters came into the story and they were horrible. They spoke soooo slow. I couldn’t handle it. The only way I could get through the story was by speeding up the narration.
