I love maxu toughness and danger sexy. I wish he would have done more of his mercenary stuff thou but still great story. Love the humor and funny fighting between the two

Love This Series!!

I love this series. I’ve listened to every book in this series so far, and each one is unique and interesting. The romance between each Male and Female Main Character (MC) is a stand alone story, but it also has a continuing story throughout all the books. Each couple is connected to the other couples in some way, and sometimes the other couples will either be mentioned by name or make an appearance in other books which is nice.

This particular book deals with the themes of overcoming insecurity and feelings of worthlessness coming out of a prior relationship, and learning to trust again after being hurt. I like how the author makes each character relatable with both of the MCs needing to deal with their past hurts, growing, and helping each other to change into better versions of themselves.

Also, I love the narrator in this series. Stephen Dexter brings the story to life and helps you get immersed in the world of the book. He has a great range of voices for both the male and female characters. Another thing I like about him, is how he acts out the sounds that the characters make when they talk or make noises. For example, when they’re laughing, sighing, grunting, etc… He really brings the story to life.

I can’t wait for the next book to be released as an audio book. I look forward to listening to the continuation of the stories in this world.

Another great easy listen. LOVE the narrators voice and I usually prefer duel narrators. This entire series is great with deep soothing voices and beautiful cadence. The stories aren't as rated x as some but give it a try they're detailed and imaginative. Thank you, loved it!

Why did I wait so long to start reading this series?! Honestly, I read great reviews but was unsure about alien romances...well color me shocked because I am now a huge fan!! Don't wonder if you should...just read (or rather...listen to) it!!! Great storyline and steamy with great build up!! This author needs to hurry up and write more asap!!! Also..the narrator is AMAZING. He made the series.
