A life-changing book!
I had purchased the Renewing You paper book when it was 1st released. Sadly, I have not had the time to sit down to read it. This Audible version of Renewing You, in the voices of Father Nick and Dr. Roxanne, is perfect! The issues addressed are relevant, the advice is sound and grounded in beautiful scripture quotations, and it gives the listener so many opportunities to move forward with life-changing habits, thoughts, and activities. The personal stories shared are very touching and helpful. I would recommend this Audible version of Renewing You to anyone working to be more in touch with themselves and improve their life and how they interact with those around them.

Wonderful book highly recommend for all!
All of us find at some point we are struggling in our Faith. Weather it is with prayer rule or even simply having the strength to go to Church. Farther Nick and Dr. Roxanne Louh have given us a wonderful gift in this book Renewing You. With the work of both a priest and Dr. Roxanne’s in Phycology their “Plan” puts forward a fresh a unique way in finding a path to Renew our Faith Foundation. The audible book is an easy and enjoyable listen. I would highly recommend this to both new and long-term Orthodox Christians. Infact this is a good book for any Christian. I found especially relevant for me Chapter 4: Turn Your Trials into Triumphs. I found this insightful and helpful.
All in all, a wonderful book that I would highly recommend

I feel like this is a book for everyone who is looking to renew and strengthen their faith. I love that its an actual priest and a psychologist guiding you throughout. great gift for friends or family. and I'm thinking of buying one for a few parishioners at my local parish. I highly recommend.
