Spoiler alert. What a story. Don't want to tell you. But if you have my imagination,, you probably might have guessed.

Even Better

This series just gets better and better. I love the way Zales builds this bookverse, phenomenal. It is gripping, exciting, pent up with sexual frustration, such a build on the chemistry between Sasha and Nero. The characters are fantastic. On to the next book in series.

Exciting and suspenseful

The book was so good that I listened to the whole thing in one road trip. Entirely worth your time.

Super fun page turner

Again a book I couldn’t stop listening to. I loved listening to how Sasha’s story developed as she learns more about who she is. It’s full of action and funny twists and turns. I am looking forward to the next book in the series.
The Narrator did a great job bringing life to the characters so the book was a joy to listen to.

I’m loving this series, I’m listening to one book after the other and the series great characters so funny lots of action.

On to the next one!

This series is so good. It grabs you in the beginning and never lets go. There's so many more questions that need answered I hope we get those answered in the next book. For those who would like to take the plunge please begin at book one. Enjoy!

Sasha finds her badass

Sasha tries to legitimately avoid her, but Baba Yaga calls in the favor due in their agreement for service rendered. And it’s higher than Sasha could ever have imagined. Sasha refuses to call Nero for help since she insists she quit working for him and repudiates his mentoring.
When they realize how long Ariel has been missing, Sasha and Felix recruit Vlad and Rose to help find and retrieve her. But they still need Nero to broker peace and heal the injuries, so Sasha is back to miniondom.
Fed up with Nero, Sasha recruits Felix to help her hack his systems with life-altering results.
Durante does a decent job of narration.

Lots of craziness at one time!

So much happens in here! Sasha gets snappy and quite her job because she has a love/hate relationship with her boss. A witch wants a special favor she doesn't want to give. Problems with her roommate that takes all her friends to make right. Lots of action!
Great narration!

Great Series!

Each book is full of twist and turns. I'm never bored. Awesome storytelling. Can't wait to buy the next book in the series. love the narrator.

Story keeps getting better; Sasha gets dumber

As I'm all in with Book 3, I obviously like this series. This installment has lots of action and few flirty moments.

One of Sasha's past decisions has her facing an enemy that is older and stronger. Honestly, Sasha deserves it. She made dumb decisions and needed to learn a lesson.

Unfortunately, she seems to be getting dumber by the book. In one intense scene, they were running red lights on their way to save a friend, but instead of Sasha planning what to do when they arrive, she completes a card trick 🤦🏽‍♀️ In the speeding car! 🙄 Really???

The action scenes are some of the best of the series. Characters dont necessarily get developed but this book does bring to light a few secrets.

Sasha also has this very bad habit of telling every person she comes across her whole life stories. She also spills secrets that aren't hers to tell. It is a another one of her dumb traits. It's a good thing she is brave and funny, otherwise I wouldnt care for her.
