I have been using the work of Barrie Konicov for many, many years. I continue to use his work because you get fabulous results! It may not even be consciously noticeable to you. Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Barrie Konikov's subliminal hypnosis tapes have been a favorite of mine for decades. While there are a variety of topics in his catalog, his Relieve Stress & Anxiety is particularly good.

Barrie starts out all his recordings the same way: "Hello, greetings, and welcome." He then launches into an explanation of what the recording in question is about. For me, it's like hearing from an old friend.

What about Barrie Konicov’s performance did you like?

As with all of Barrie's self-hypnosis recordings, he has an effective means of guiding the listener into a relaxed state. I've tried other recordings, but found Barrie's method to be the best (and most imitated).

Any additional comments?

I hope to see more of Barrie Konicov's recordings out here. While they're from the late 70's and 80's, they're still effective. I hope to see more of Barrie's recordings out here.
