This book contains life-changing information to unlock secrets to relational communication. In this book, Brian teaches us the CURE method of relentless empathy. The mnemonic will help you remember how to empower another person. He also pointed out the six C's of behavioral modification which was a major wakeup call to me as someone who tends to use them. This is my second time listening to this book and I am making a real effort to apply these lessons in my life. Dennis Neumann, the well-known former voice of the Orlando Magic, narrates the book very well. I can't sing any higher praises for this audio book! It is a worthy addition to any self-improvement library.

This book will change your life

After reading this book, and following its principles, I began to see life in a completely different manner. I started to see people where they are, and the pain they were experiencing. I suddenly had a heart of compassion. It help me focus on something greater than myself, in my circumstances, I only wish I could’ve found such a book as a younger man.

This book gave me steps to take questions to ask, help me to understand how to engage with friends and family.

It impacted me enough to have a word for this year. Empathy. Thank you Brian.
