Great addition to the series!

If you’re into sci-ro you will love this book! You will love this series! I’ve read a lot of sci-fi, romance, and this series along with the Ice Planet Barbarians series are my two favorites! Five stars!!!


Maladek's redemption

Love Love Love ❤️

I love ❤️ the way this author spins a tale. It is so referring to have a strong FMC confident enough to express her desires without a TON of inner dialog of self-doubt or choosing to be a B#@ch until she finally realizes her true mate. A little of that is great, but there are many authors who go over the top.

The story had everything I could want in a scifi romance, suspense, main characters working together throughout most of the book, oh...and we can't forget about the spicey chemistry between them. 🔥🥵🩲💦🔥. I'm hoping for more books in this series. 🙏

Maladek gets redeemed

This whole series is one of my favorites! After learning about Maladek's role and then sacrifice in "using Fejo" it's really nice to see how he found love in all the wrong places. Katy was perfect for him and he gave her purpose and the love and acceptance she needed.
And don't let me get started on Stephen Dexter! I'm a huge fan. Huge. I'm thrilled that he's been the only narrator in this series. He has a strong masculine voice while inserting all the sighs and hesitations adding to a person's emotional reactions. Excellent performance for an excellent book!

Malader and Theo - are my favorite Clecanians!

I really enjoyed book 1 of this series Choosing Theo. I love the strong and powerful rejected hero. In this case Malader, he was captured while paying someone's debt and was forced to work in servitude forever. while working he gets the mating sensations that we were introduced to in the first book, but became experts and knowing the signs now in the 6.5th book. Malader is such a kind and caring beast to his mate, he's a beautiful beast, horns notwithstanding! As with all of the Clecanian books, Malader gets his HEA. It is a novella, so the story isn't as developed as the other books, but Victoria did an excellent job of providing the back story. The narration (Stephen Dexter) was particularly good and consistent with the rest of the narrations for this series (THANK YOU). I recommend this read or listen - both!

Probably my favorite in the series!

This is easily my favorite story in the series so far! Character development was quick but meaty, steamy scenes were perfect, and was a great addition to the overarching universe. Love!

Wonderful story of Maladek

I really enjoyed listening to this book. No over the top angst with the H/H and both characters are likable.

Redemption for Maladek

This is one of my fave stories from the series. I really liked their connection and banter. I love how honest they were with each other and that she had been with other aliens ! I do love the narrator of this series as well, great deep voice.
