Publisher's Summary

Cursed by the mother of his true love hundreds of years ago, Peter is cursed to live a life in darkness as a vile and grotesque looking creature who feeds off of the blood of humans in order to survive.

His true love is cursed to live her life over and over with no memory of him or the love they once shared many lifetimes ago. Each time she remembers him and what they use to have, she suddenly dies as a part of the curse. Her mother never could stand to see them together nor could she bear to see her own daughter truly happy with her true love.

This is a story of a jealous mother who never could stand to see her own daughter happily in love, and a story of how true love never dies and always conquers all in the end.

Was okay

I received this book for free at my request but the opinion is of my own. The premise of this story is very interesting. Two people are cursed. One to live as a monster another to forget her past lifetimes after each death. Peter finds his true love again and this time has a plan so she won’t die for the final time. Main thing I feel the author could do better was there was way too much telling and the supposed challenge didn’t seem as hard as it could have been. Not to mention the other love interest just seemed to give up. There’s not much conflict.

Short story

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review." Quick story, kind of like beauty and the beast. I liked the book, good listen.

An OK read

Reincarnation. I received a copy of this audio book in error not my usual genre. It's an OK read not really my cup of tea but it is written in a good style and it is a good storyline. Narration is clear and concise. If this is your genre then it's a good read. I received a free copy of this audio book at my own request and voluntarily leave this review.

A dark erotic fairy tale

Reincarnation reminds me of a imaginative dark erotica version of Beauty and the Beast. I loved the storyline but I wish it was talked about a little more. I would love to have seen a little more character development as the book went along but all in a good story. I asked for a copy of this audio book and received it. I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Okay

The story seemed promising. It's a re-imagining of Beauty and the Beast, set in what seems like the present day, at least most of the time. I found much of the writing to be quite stilted, which is something that really comes out in the Audible version. The plot itself is good, but the writing leaves something to be desired. Michelle Jones did as good job as she could with the narration, especially given what she had to work with. I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review.

Good

I was pleasantly surprised with this audio. Even though it could have used maybe another run through it was well done and kept my attention. The narrator did a very good job of raising the story up and getting you involved in the world. I was given a free copy of the audio in return for an unbiased review.

Hoped for more

I liked the story but it felt simple, one dimensional. The writing could have used work as well. Also, I wish the voices were more distinct. The narration made it difficult to figure out who was speaking. Overall, it was okay.

Reincarnation

Reincarnation is a cool reimagining of a classic fairy tale, for an adult audience. The story is interesting and has some unique qualities that kept me enthralled until the ending. The short length worked for this story, however it could have also worked well as a novella of twice the length. I personally would have liked more character development and more actual story, but being an erotic read, it is exactly as the description says. Overall, enjoyable. I received this audiobook in exchange for an honest review from the author/publisher/narrator.

not bad

Quick story, kind of like an adult beauty and the beast. I felt like the Narrator did a good job but the writing was a bit sloppy. No one would ever talk like that but not a bad listen.

Very good book

Very short but well developed storyline. Narrator dies a good job. You'll want to listen to this several times.
