Another sweet fairytale like love story between a prince and an American boy! So sweet and fluffy.

Matty is escorting his niece to Rosavia for an archery tournament. When some bad luck happened and they needed help, a handsome stranger showed up and offered them to help. After his niece was safely sent to the boarding school, Matty spent two weeks being courted and whiskey away in a romantic sightseeing tour with the devilishly handsome Rosavian guy. When Matty found out Cas the nice guy who’s been helping him is actually a prince, his past of betrayal and lies came back and he ran away. Now the prince is chasing his sweetheart and is determined to safely get him back to his arms.

Like I said, very sweet and fluffy and romantic. A little bit of angst .. just a teeny tiny bit but this whole book is so so sweet and romantic that it just makes me happy and smile. And that ending was so dreamy and fairytale-like. I am really in love with Kieran Flitton’s narration. I think he’s definitely becoming one of my new favorites. Can’t wait for more stories of princes and their lovers.

Very good

Really enjoyed this version of Reign or Shine by HJ Welch! I think that they "shine" (get it?) in audio format and Keiran Flitton does a bang up job narrating this series! This is one of my favorites of the series and it is a great listen!

Hot royal story!

I will first say, I seriously loved this story. The chemistry between the two MC's was electric and the supporting characters were just as magical. This was the 2nd book in the Rosavia Royals series and I was not disappointed. It was one of those stories that once you start reading, you don't want to put it down. I not only enjoyed the character chemistry but Kieran's narration was outstanding.

Prince Cassander is the prince who saves everyone from their problems. All he wants is a chance to live for himself for once. When he comes across a lost tourist, he can't help but feel it was meant for them to meet. New Yorker Matty Doyle goes to Rosavia so his niece could have the opportunity to compete in an archery competition. Upon arriving in Rosavia, Matty finds out the airline lost his luggage including his nieces' bow, but with very little money and a small budget, he must determine how he's going to pay for a new bow until they find hers. As they're looking through the bows at the sporting goods store, Prince Cas overhears them talking and decides he needs to buy her a new bow. As time goes on, Prince Cas and Matty grow close and fall in love, only Matty doesn't know he's a Prince. When Matty finds out he must decide if he can forgive the Prince and walk away or give him a chance.

HJ Welch gives us a story of love and happiness with secrets included. I would highly recommend this book to anyone that enjoys a sweet royal romance.

Wanting an escape

With Prince Cas hiding out and being on the down low, all he wanted was an escape from his life and duties for a while.
Matty was also looking for a bit of an escape as he accompanied his niece abroad to her tournament.

When they meet the spark is evident, but they come from two different worlds. Will they be able to bridge the gap and merge their worlds into one, that is to be seen.

This is a low angst story that definitely has the fairytale feel to it.
The narrarion was done well and each character was unique and clearly discernable.

The spare goes incognito

I would say that you can listen to these books in any order but I recommend listening to them in the order suggested by Audible. With this book, I love that Cas is just trying to break away from his royal life for a bit to get some freedom and it's at that point he meets Matty. I can completely see the characters reacting as they are written and they are both well written. There weren't any unresolved issues and it set up each of the brothers' stories so that I'm really looking forward to listening to them.

I really love listening to Kieran's voice and he's done all the audios for the series so far and does a great job, however, I'm not really a fan of the intimate scenes. They seem a litlle too campy for my liking.

Sweet and amazing listen!

I absolutely love Cas and Matty's story! This is such a sweet story that I fell in love with reading it. So listening to Kieran Flitton narration of this story made me love it even more. This was such a beautiful listen that I couldn't stop listening. Kieran brings the story to life and these characters. I just love this world that has been created in this multi author world.

much better than the first book

The narration is great. This book was a lot better than the first, not at all overly repetitive. It's a sweet love story, with low angst.

Have you ever wanted to be nobody?

Prince Cassander just wants to be nobody for a week. He covers for his brothers and is the go to prince when something is going on. He just wants a rest. Matty has brought his niece over from NY for an archery school and competition. It's his first time out of the US and of course they lose all of their luggage. Not a great start! But then they run into the gorgeous Cas in the sporting goods store and the rest is history. Cas doesn't let on who he is because he just wants to be Cas. You know that is going to lead to trouble. If Matty was a little more confident I think it would have gone over better. Throw in a celebration ball, 4 prince brothers and they men they love and of course a king and queen and it is of course a HEA. Have listened to 2 of the other books in this series and plan to binge on the rest. The narrator does an excellent job on all characters. Can't wait to hear the rest!

I actually really enjoyed this low angst romance.

I liked both lead characters,Prince Cas and Matty.

I really enjoyed their banter and their sweet romance.

I thought that they made a cute,if unlikely couple.Thank goodness for fiction.

All in all,this was an enjoyable listen for me.

Cas and Matty. All the feels!

Reign or Shine is book 2 in the Rosavia Royals series and can be enjoyed in any order. I love this beautiful story about Prince Cassander and Matty, an American. Matty is in Rosavia with his niece and when their luggage is late getting to them Cas just so happens to be there to help Matty out. Both Cas and Matty are taking a vacation from their lives and when Matty finds out who Cas really is it could go terribly wrong. I really enjoyed this story, Cas and Matty are so sweet together and they both deserve to be happy. I love it when Cas is looking for Matty and Matty is standing in front of his rose. Definitely recommend this book and series.
Narrator Kieran Flitton does an amazing job. I love his accents in this one.

Rosavia Royals find love

I absolutely love royal romances and the whole Rosavia series is fantastic.

Kieran Flitton did a terrific work with the audiobook.

This is book 2 in the Rosavia Royals series.

This is written by H J Welch and is one of 5 books about the Van Rosavia brothers.

This one covers second in line to the throne, Prnce Cassander. Cas is finding it hard to handle having the woes of al his brothers on his shoulders and decides to take time out and have soe me time. He meets Matty Doyle , a New Yorker who is accompanying his niece Finley on a trip to an archery seminar and tournament. The airline have lost their luggage along with Finley's bow.

Matty and Cas quicly get to know each other until disaster strikes...........


A lovely story.

This was nartrate by a new to me narrator, Keiran Flitton, but I had a lovely time listening to him recite this beautiful love story.
I can't wait to listen to the rest of them.

A delightfully touching story

I found this story to be deeply touching and enjoyable. Cas and Matty are a great couple! The story is engaging and emotionally thoughtful at times. The narration was done nicely and brought me deep into the pages of this book.

I am enjoying my time in Rosavia. These royal brothers are quite unique. Take Cas, for instance. He’s the spare and by far the most responsible one. He’s always going around cleaning up after everyone else. He’s also often the confidante – he knows many of his brothers’ secrets. And when he longs to get away from the pressure of being a royal? He has an apartment in the town where he escapes and tries to just be himself. Whoever that is. One day he happens upon a desperate American tourist and his instinct to help kicks into high gear.

Matty is doing the best he can. His sister is undergoing cancer treatment for a recurrence of her breast cancer. She and her partner are stuck stateside while Matty escorts his adorable niece to Rosaiva for an archery tournament. A little Katniss in the making. Their bad luck turns around when a handsome stranger offers to help. Matty is an independent person, but he’ll take the help because it’s really for his niece.

Once his niece is safely ensconced in the boarding school, Matty has time on his hands. And a handsome Rosavian offering to give him a tour. Thus begins a beautiful courtship that culminates in some special time together. Until it all comes crashing down. Matty discovers the truth about Cas, and all his previous hurts and betrayals come rushing back. And now his niece is being dragged into all this as well.

Cas, desperate to rescue the situation, struggles between his duty to his royal family and his growing love for an American tourist. Shades of England, anyone? Except they’re both men. Will Cas stand up for his relationship with Matty? Will Matty find the courage to accept Cas’ love? Well, I got my happy ending so that should be your first clue.

I enjoyed the royal story, as I have the others in this series. HJ Welch is one of my favorite authors because she tells simple stories with lovely men. Men that I’m sure I would be friends with. There’s the appropriate amount of palace intrigue to keep things moving along. The five books take place simultaneously so no worries about reading them in order. I’m going through them in a different order and I’m not lost at all.

Have to give a shout out to Kieran Flitton. He’s got these books nailed and even does a decent American accent and that’s not easy. I recommend the book and am glad I listened to it.

Rosavia Royals

From the same authors that brought us the wonderful series, Men of Hidden Creek, we get a wonderful group of new men in a fun, unique setting! First things first, I absolutely LOVE how reach book is tied to each other in little ways, really making this series one that can be read in any order, depending on your mood! This book is a perfect example of the outstanding writing style of Welch! She has a combination of amazing characters that you fall in love with and their amazing story of finding love. Her writing style fits perfectly in this series, and I know this will be a reread for me.
The narration by Kieran Flitton was just as outstanding as the other books of this fantastic series! He truly does an outstanding job bring these men to life!

Super sweet

Another great addition to the Rosavia Royals series. HJ Welsh did an amazing job with the characters and Keiran Flitton gave them unique voices. Cas and Matty are amazing people and together they are super sweet.

Love Cas

I loved listening to Cas and Matt's story. I had previously read it, so I knew what to expect, but hearing it act out was 10x better. Kieran made me feel deeply for both characters. Especially when it came to tough situations and choices they were in. Their love story shown really brightly in this narration.

This is a brilliant and sweet book and I really loved the chemistry between Cas and Matty. They have a few things to sort out especially as Matty doesn’t know Cas’s secret.

It's official valets rule the world! behind every royalty is a network of incredible people, like the ones in this series whole steal the show along with the cats.
This second book in the series of Royals who fall in love with commoners is is remarkably sweet. Matty is a tourist who needs help, Cas is a Prince who needs to be needed together they are worthy of the love they find. I really enjoyed reading/listening to this and can't wait to enjoy the others.
