I can deal with setting her straight about her ridiculous suspicions, but cracking through that hard shell she has built around her broken heart? This is my real challenge.

But oh, how I love a good fight. Winning is everything to me.

Especially when the prize is the Las Vegas beauty I named the Red Rocket....

Love a good story when the characters get to know each other and the chemistry rocks immediately. Scarlett is a sweet media photographer for the hockey team and Victor is the big bad russian never smiling hockey God on the team. It was funny and sweet when he didn't always understand some of the English-speaking words and sayings. Ladies he was very sexy and steamy and wowza!!!! Talking about unfiltered but it worked for me...lol 💣💣

And I loved how the hockey players from the previous books and their significant others were written into the story. Pam was hilarious.

This is an absolutely hot romantic on fire love story that you will enjoy. I love MacKenzie and John Lane was fabulous as the russian. Narration was 10 stars for me. Great series and looking forward to the next book in the series. I'm not writing as many reviews as I used to with over 1000 audibles but sometimes I have to for the really good ones. I absolutely adore John Lane in this series!!!!. This one is my favorite so far but I loved them all.

Sexy Russian accent & a super steamy love story!

I absolutely loved Red Rocket, and devoured it in one day! And OMG! John Lane's Russian accent made this book even better!! This super steamy love story had me hooked from the start. Scarlett's and Victor's chemistry is off the charts, but her past, and the Crush's no fraternization policy, make her a bit wary of the Mad Russian. Viktor may be the Mad Russian on the ice, but he is a sweet guy out of the rink, and is looking for more than a puck bunny to settle down with. Their story takes us from Vegas, to Tahoe, to Russia, with a perfect HEA. It was great to catch up with the other 2 couples from the series, and to get to see what the players do in the off season. Britt has "crushed" it with the 3rd book in the Vegas Crush series. I can't wait to read the next book in the series, Puck Money.

I really enjoyed the story between Scarlet and Viktor. I like the chemistry between them and how they get to know each other. The narrators did an amazing job.
