Lightning brought her back. Now, it's her best weapon to survive the apocalypse.

When the end of the world arrived, Elysia was already dead. Amid widespread destruction, collapsing cities, and dangerous creatures, strange lightning struck her grave.

Rejuvenated by the violet lightning, life returns to her broken body. Elysia must find a way to harness the element in her veins or die as she's thrust into a dangerous new world.

Better than being dead.

She was always a free spirit, and survival is just another challenge. But as she powers up, something constantly nags at her: maybe, just maybe, her family is still alive somewhere out there.

Rebirth is book one of action-packed LitRPG apocalypse series about a reincarnated loner turned lightning-thrower. She'll carve out a place for herself in a world changed by a System, conquering zombies, dungeon bosses, and worse, all while fast-traveling on a yacht.

Good plot and overall good narration. Needs a bit better editing because there are several sections where a sentence or part of sentence are repeated which break the flow of the book.

Nice read

The story is really fun, and I really enjoy what we see of the main character so far. Can’t wait for more.

Really fun

I love the story the only issue I have is the MC’s lack of information.

Love the Story

Situations here tend to go really bad, then really good, but only to get her just to where she'll be just tough enough for the next really bad one then repeat. Not terrible but very roller-coaster very quickly the the new pet fluff was a wonderful pause break

Extreme luck flip

I started listening to this as a filler for a long work week. It turned out to be pretty good. It has flaws, some of the logical choices, etc caused me to groan in annoyance. However, it was still really interesting towards the end. Sad it ended where it did...wasn't a cliff hanger, but just wished it continued on.

The "world" has a lot of room to grow, so, let's hope it doesn't crash and burn.

I wasn't totally thrilled with the performance, one step away from being monotone.

The beginning didn't drag me in, and some of the flaws in logic are prevalent there, so give it time.

A lot better than expected

Fun Listen. Interesting take on a post-apocalyptic experience. MC's UI has a quirky and sassy AI that along with unique gaming mechanics intersperse plenty of comic relief for the slightly spooky setting.

5.14.45 ish 30 seconds back there is a repeated line, not sure how to let audible know but it's rare there is a mess up like this, good story so far otherwise

Found a repeat line

Loved the female protagonist! Good personality. I’m glad the author isn’t some overly protective daddy. I loved that he or she lets the characters be themselves! A few naked heroes never hurt anyone! Cuteness was a little high, but manageable. Cool tools and crafts. Though, I prefer more crafting and loot items. Orbs are pretty weak and boring. But, in a way, looted items do get redundant and boring. Great team dynamics forming, by the end of book one. Great potential for book 2. The dungeons are the best! Nice that the author made the main character vulnerable and likeable. Without making her too goody. Great story and I enjoyed it.

Great reader! Good numbers! Classic memes!

I will finish this book regardless at some point but no good details can wipe away the lack of brain cells of the MC. In the first couple of hours she only survives due to blind luck. The mentally ill level of reasoning will leave you baffled. I don’t know whether to be mad or impressed because I can’t tell if she’s dumb on purpose or not.

For example, a new post apocalyptic world, a godlike system offering power, zombies everywhere, a light confirmation that people important to you are alive and what does our hero do?

A) explore the system and gather power and weapons
B) make a firm plan to survive and other people
C) none of the above

The answer is… c) none of the above. She actually spends her first true amount free time thinking about light ocean pollutions AFTER A TSUNAMI for hours and a curtain to stop sunlight from waking her…. Darwin’s law plz…

Don’t be deceived. The int stat stays at 2 points. Anything more is a visual bug!

You will need to speed up the book I spit it up to 1.15 The narrator is fine she just Pauses for a decent amount of time every sentence It's not a bad Start for a book Definitely needs work I do want to see where it goes It really does explain what's really going on until like the end of the book For me The pausing The biggest issue I had with it

Just okay
