Two subjects of particular note are Frame's fresh look at probability arguments and a stimulating investigation into the problem of evil.

To some, the concept of having faith in a higher power or a set of religious beliefs is nonsensical. Indeed, many view religion in general, and Christianity in particular, as unfounded and unreasonable. Norman Geisler and Frank Turek argue, however, that Christianity is not only more reasonable than all other belief systems, but is indeed more rational than unbelief itself. With conviction and clear thinking, Geisler and Turek guide listeners through some of the traditional, tested arguments for the existence of a creator God.

Christianity could be defined as a “cold case”: it makes a claim about an event from the distant past for which there is little forensic evidence. In Cold-Case Christianity, J. Warner Wallace uses his nationally recognized skills as a homicide detective to look at the evidence and eyewitnesses behind Christian beliefs. Including gripping stories from his career and the visual techniques he developed in the courtroom, Wallace uses illustration to examine the powerful evidence that validates the claims of Christianity.

Story
An inspiring new perspective on the science versus religion debate. Can science explain everything? Many people think so. Science, and the technologies it has spawned, has delivered so much to the world: Clean water; more food; better healthcare; longer life. And we live in a time of rapid scientific progress that holds enormous promise for many of the problems we face as humankind. So much so, in fact, that many see no need or use for religion and belief systems that offer us answers to the mysteries of our universe. Science has explained it, they assume. Religion is redundant.

Story
This audiobook is a long-awaited major statement by a pre-eminent analytic philosopher, Alvin Plantinga, on one of our biggest debates - the compatibility of science and religion. The last twenty years has seen a cottage industry of books on this divide, but with little consensus emerging. Plantinga, as a top philosopher but also a proponent of the rationality of religious belief, has a unique contribution to make. His theme in this short book is that the conflict between science and theistic religion is actually superficial, and that at a deeper level they are in concord.

Christianity is a picture of reality. It explains why the world is the way it is. When the pieces of this puzzle are properly assembled, we see the big picture clearly. Christianity is a true story of how the world began, why the world is the way it is, what role humans play in the drama, and how all the plotlines of the story are resolved in the end. In The Story of Reality, best-selling author and host of Stand to Reason Gregory Koukl explains the five words that form the narrative backbone of the Christian story.

Publisher's summary
J. Gresham Machen once said, "False ideas are the greatest obstacles to the reception of the Gospel" - which makes apologetics that much more important. Wanting to engage not just academics and pastors but Christian laypeople and seekers, William Lane Craig has revised and updated key sections in this third edition of his classic text to reflect the latest work in astrophysics, philosophy, probability calculus, arguments for the existence of God, and Reformed epistemology.
His approach - that of positive apologetics - gives careful attention to crucial questions and concerns, including the relationship of faith and reason, the existence of God, the problems of historical knowledge and miracles, the personal claims of Christ, and the historicity of the resurrection of Jesus. He shows that there is good reason to think Christianity is true. As Craig says, "If you have a sound and persuasive case for Christianity, you don't have to become an expert in comparative religions and Christian cults. A positive justification of the Christian faith automatically overwhelms all competing worldviews lacking an equally strong case."

Good and logical outline of arguments
Good singular source for arguments found in WLC debates. Suggest Defenders(Christian doctrine) and podcasts as follow-up to this work. No new material but arguments are outlined in a logical fashion and also logically follow one another, i.e. From theism to Christianity in particular. Includes some counters to possible objections. Some of the material doesn't translate too well to audio, such as the application of Bayes' theorem to explanations which involves reading out statistical variables in formulae, though this is unavoidable and written works expanding on the material forming the basis of this section can easily be found on the internet. Analogies almost always follows these expositions and mitigates possible 'dry-ness' that this could cause.
I wouldn't suggest this book as a starting point unless you have some background in either Christian doctrine or are philosophically inclined-solely because there would be a lot of new information to digest simultaneously.
Some critics have quoted this book out of context, notably sections on the inner testimony of the Holy Spirit to claim that WLC is un-scientific. A full reading of this book, with the compounded effect of arguments taken as a whole, should show such claims for what they are-either deliberate misrepresentations or based in misunderstanding of the section.
Someone criticized the book because of the apparent claim that WLC gets Jesus's birth place wrong (Nazareth instead of Bethlehem). I believe that this was rectified. Also, as I understood no part of the book to be a claim that WLC is himself infallible, I was left wondering what the point of that review was all about.
I was smiling at the end when WLC showed a bit of a bias in favor of apologetics within Christian ministries, but I suppose we all have our specific interests.
I sometimes find myself questioning the necessity of the adversarial nature of WLC's 'debating' style, and this came up in the book on dealing with the cosmological argument's quasi-objection of 'what caused the uncaused cause', though I suppose this often brings conceptual clarification.
If you are an atheist and consider getting this book, try to give it a fair chance and treat it as a hypothesis. If nothing else it might dispel some notions that there is 'no rational basis for believing in God', and even if you disagree with the conclusion it might give you some insight into the Christian worldview.

The best
Very likely the best single volume work on Christian apologetics. The writing is somewhere between what you might expect from the scolarship writing in peer-reviewed papers, and more popular level writing, e.g. "The Case for Christ" by Lee Strobel (Who incidentaly has admitted to being a fan of Dr. William Lane Craig and, if memory serves, believing him to be the top defender of the Christian faith alive today; see the Craig vs. Zindler debate moderated by Strobel on youtube as one excellent example.)
If you find the reading too heavy or something along those lines, you might try the somewhat shorter version of this book meant for a more popular audience: "On Guard" Defending your faith with reason and precision, (Reasonable Faith could be thought of as a particularly enjoyable textbook really) or Strobel's famous and excellent work mentioned above, which happens to contain an interview with Dr. Craig.
While Dr. Craig doesn't restrict himself to the arguments for Theism and Christianity, when it comes to the arguments explored, he does restrict himself to some well selected ones; rather than trying to share many, he explores several favorites to a very satisfyng degree of depth. The history of the thinking on a topic is summarised before his own conclusions are given, and he does an outstanding job of exploring potential rebuttals! A hallmark of the book is how methodical everythig seems; the flow of thought seeming to lead so naturally and logically from one thing to another.

Very good rational apologetic book
This is a very good defense of the orthodox Christian beliefs. If you are looking for additional books like this, Keller's reason for God is good, or if you want an apologetic book aimed at people's hearts/emotions, his making sense of God is excellent.
In this book, Craig starts with a discussion on epistemology, which is the weakest part of the book in my opinion. He holds to the (common) belief in epistemological foundationalism, where I have come to hold to a more coherentist model.
However, I really enjoyed the rest of the book where he explores many arguments for God, and then discusses the historical evidence for Jesus life, death, and resurrection in a way that is understandable and well documented.

This book is a wonderful guide to apologetics, and how to apply the skill. Although, the book may be a bit heavy, it is a must read/listen for anyone interested in defending the Christian faith.

Narrator needs to go back to elementary school
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
No. It's too dense for an audiobook; read the paper version. Plus, the narrator is totally annoying.
What didn’t you like about Jim Denison’s performance?
What kind of narrator says eck-cetera instead of et-cetera? There are so many annoying, elementary school mispronunciations that they pretty well turned me off from completing the book. Maybe this sort of thing doesn't bother you, but it drove me nuts.

Powerful insight into Christian apologetics
This book contains an in depth look at the logical arguments for the Christian faith. Craig explores the most common logical abjections to the Christian faith and works to satisfying refute them. The narration was very smooth and easy to listen to. I would highly recommend this book to any Christians struggling with doubt, to any skeptics who believe Christian faith is irrational and to anyone in between who desires logical evidence of the Christian belief.

Brilliant book on having a reasonable faith.
The book progresses logically with flawless objective reasoning from why can believe in a being outside the universe (an uncaused first cause, spaceless timeless, immaterial, personal being) to proof of the resurrection of Jesus.
Arguments in this book can’t be refuted if we are genuine truth seekers.
Great scientific and historical research.

A robust Christian apologetic
This book is a very helpful resource for Christians who want to be able to present an intelligent defence of their faith.
I found the narrator easy to listen to and he read with a cadence suitable for the weight of the content. I was impressed with his pronunciation of the French and German names and titles. One mistake of the narrator was in his reading of probability equations as through they were arithmetic or logic equations. He reads, for example, "Pr(R|B)" as "P R times R or B," instead of "the probability of R given B." This error only occurs in the later chapters; the probability equations are read correctly near the start of the book.

one of the best books on apologetics
It would be nice if audible could add chapter names. Craig is one of the most articulate living Christian apologists. His book On Guard is for beginners, this book Reasonable Faith is an intermediate book and is excellent.

Story
To some, the concept of having faith in a higher power or a set of religious beliefs is nonsensical. Indeed, many view religion in general, and Christianity in particular, as unfounded and unreasonable. Norman Geisler and Frank Turek argue, however, that Christianity is not only more reasonable than all other belief systems, but is indeed more rational than unbelief itself. With conviction and clear thinking, Geisler and Turek guide listeners through some of the traditional, tested arguments for the existence of a creator God.

Step-by-step, you'll learn the tactics of good persuasion and defense, how to identify the tactics of your opponent, and how to build your case, patiently and practically.
