save your five bucks

This is an entertaining bit of fluff. The real purpose is to market the author's mentoring program. I felt like it lacked depth and value, however it was fun to listen to.

selling classes

What disappointed you about Real Estate Investing Gone Bad?

The author is way too busy selling his real estate classes while talking instead of sticking with topic.

Has Real Estate Investing Gone Bad turned you off from other books in this genre?

made we a little wary.

Not very good

Hated I even wasted a credit on it. Very short. The book is probably a very short read. Not much information. Just tells some stories that may or may not be true

Good to know as I begin my journey.

I am a rookie investor in every sense of the word. I've been to seminars, paid for local "training" events and read many books and watched tons of YouTube videos from others in the business. Well, I am serious about making it in this industry and something about Mr. Pustejosky's story hit hard and it really caught my interest. I took many valuable notes from reading this book on subjects that none of the other materials and seminars ever touched on. So I'm treating this as a "pocket bible" of sorts to help me watch my back and be aware of red flags that will pop up as I begin my career as an investor.

A good guide on what not to do in Real Estate

The book was well narrated, examples were explained in a way it was easy to understand. All of these were good examples on what not to do in Real Estate.

Easy to relate to real life whackings.

All your eggs in one basket, if it ain't in writing, ruined friendshipsp, when your strength becomes your weakness. Would be good to review before each new deal.

I can see it

When I heard the first story I thought to myself, not me. After a few more I thought crapadoo, I could have done that. A nice introduction to realize as sharp as you are, this is a whole new game, with new rules and pitfalls.

Long drawn out and repetitive stories

Long drawn out and repetitive stories. This could’ve been condensed into one hour of reading. The narration is quite a bore as well.

Great wisdom

I found this review very helpful. Money well spent. The narrarator/author's voice helped as well. He is not drab and monotone.
