Yes I will. This is a short audio book but very helpful for Real Estate investing.

I have listen to few of the real estate investment audio books and this is one of the best. It stands out due to its simplicity and the habit that it shared for success. Learned so much and I am very happy to share this to my partner.

Great tips on investing

What did you like best about this story?

This book showed up at the perfect time. I've been considering buying rental property but have been hesitant. I saw my parents struggle with making money on property that they owned. All their free time was absorbed in repairs and tenants. This book gives good advice on how not to fall into these types of pit falls.

It contains tons of advice and points you to the right resources to learn more about the real estate market conditions in a particular geographic area The information was informative, clearly and provides useful strategies for anyone who wants to begin making money through investing in real estate. It talks about the basics of real estate investing but also talks about what to expect in 2017. Only applicable if you're in the U.S though.

The best part about this audiobook is when it talks about the value of real estate investing for the years the come. There's not a better time to learn and invest in real estate than now.

This book made me more curious and hungry about investing in real estate and finding my own place while also making money passively thru real estate.
