Short, sweet and steamy prequel

I loved the prequel. All of the characters introduced drew me into the book and keep me wanting more. Short and steamy parts kept me wanting to read more and Im definitely interested in the main audiobook. Im interested in what will happen next with the King and Queen. Major cliffhanger and I’m happy with the ending.

Great Short Story

If you’ve read Maddie, you’ll love seeing a glimpse of Rav and Imogene. This book is a quick listen and full of stream.

I like the new twist on Wonderland. I do have to say this book was short. but it does was a great start. I would love the see how where this series goes

Seems like a great start to an Alice in wonderland retelling!
The red queen is a vamp so is the white rabbit and seems like he has the position as king.

The naive is a vamp
Alice just got turned vamp and is on the loose.
Cheshire seems maybe half vamp?
The white queen is in hiding.

Here’s hoping this series gets put on audio so I can dig in!

Loved the narrators take on the characters voices, voice actor fits the theme. I really enjoyed this really short novella prequel.

Interesting start

This is a prequel to a series and it peaked my interest. I really liked the vampire and Alice in wonderland theme. The narrator did a wonderful job with the characters. Can't wait to start the series.

A Wonderland appetizer!

Prequels are so hard to evaluate. They’re designed to give you a taste, to draw you in. Completion of the storyline is not the goal of a prequel. Rav accomplished teasing me and drawing me in. I want more!!

Fantastic descriptions of characters and scene settings. Fabulous narration. I’m eager to experience more of Wonderland!

Great into for a new series!!

Short but definitely held my interest and has me wanting more! Very intriguing and a great peak at this series!
The audio narration is well done and enjoyable.

okay this was a pretty good book. just very short and I wounder when the rest of the books are going to come out. I have to know whats going to happen next. the narrator did a really good job too.

Fun prequel

This is almost like a teaser trailer for the series. Short and engaging, it draws you into the world of wonderland and leaves you wanting to go staring to the next book.

A brilliant twist of a fairy tale!

Fabulous introduction to this retelling of the Wonderland tale! It was actually quite genius of the authors with how they creatively included the addition of vampire lore and woven in the darker, twisted elements into an already whimsical land of quirky characters. Although this was just a prequel, I was immediately captured by the story as well as the correlation of these newly-visioned characters as they personified their names from the original, and the ominous world building and twisted plot that left me on the edge of my seat wanting more. I look forward to going down the rabbit hole to see how this cleverness unfolds in this brilliant and devious tale! My first listen by Eva Caine and her performance was excellent! Her ability to capture the personalities of the characters, as well keep the overall pace/tone of the story throughout really made for a fantastic listening experience.
