I am about to send this to 5 people and re-listen. incredibly practical helps for what an sometimes be very difficult concepts to help others with and to self assess.

So much to learn

This book was easy to read and didn’t require much time. I am going to reread to soak the concepts for deeper understanding. I have recommended this book to colleagues, friends and family.

Important qualities of maturity and joy for leaders made clear. Something to work on in my own environment.

Chapter 7 is where it’s at

At first, I really didn’t like the book and thought it was a waste, but since it’s short, I decided to keep listening. The chapter on maturity levels and the surrounding chapters get quite good, so I’ve revised my review.

Great Book!

I really appreciated the unvarnished look at different levels of maturity in leadership. It was a nice reality check on the ways I fall short and can grow. Definitely worth the read.
