a bit scientific, but worth it

I thought the book started to become scientific in the middle, but then quickly switched to the practical part. The fact that it has so many easy recipes is a VERY good addition

FINALLY the book on keto which explains it all in an accessible and easy to digest manner! And the recipes are actually very easy to follow as well

i'm going to give it 4 stars as i thought it was too detailed about the whole ketosis part. but i liked the intermittent fasting theory and already tried a few recipes (very good)

Informative

It's a short review since the book is rather short - this ia a decent book on keto. the addition of intermittent fasting is new to me and that part of the book was particularly interesting and informative. i didn't care much about the recipes
let's see if it will bring actual results!

Very interesting and easy to follow,.

Loved the book. In some parts it goes into a lot of detail, but this is actually really needed so that you would understand how your body works. 5 stars!
