Suspense and romance

This book reminded me of criminal minds. It kind of freaked me out a bit when listening at night. I really enjoyed it. It was my first book by Lynn Shannon. This is the third in this series. I haven’t read the other two but this was a stand alone. There was romance and faith to offset the murder suspense. I liked both Avery and Weston the main characters. The narrator also did an excellent job.

Very good mystery!

I always like a mystery where I can't quite figure out how all the pieces go together. There were a few surprises that threw off my suspicions and had me second guessing. My only quibble is that I prefer the narrator to have different voices for the different people. Its a personal thing and if it doesn't matter to you then the rating goes even higher. I will definitely read more.

Excellent!

Ranger Courage is an excellent mystery with some clean romance. The author had me guessing the entire book, which is fantastic! The twists and turns are unexpected and interwoven with a chance of sweet romance for the main characters. With it’s well written storyline and interesting characters that are portrayed nicely by the narrator...this book is a must listen/read!

an intense mystery

This one kept me guessing. It was a very intense case to solve but nothing graphic. Loved the Christian focus by the main characters. Funny how love can develop no matter the circumstances. I listened to this book on audible and boy did I feel like I was investigating the case with Avery and Weston. What a dynamic duo. Fabulous Mystery

This is a fabulous mystery that I so much enjoyed. I was on the edge of my seat all the way through. I was completely surprised at who the murderer was. This is the second book I have read from Ms. Shannon. I very much enjoyed listening to Ms. Piller's voice as she read the book. I received a free copy from the author. This is my voluntary opinion.

A clean inspiration suspense novel!

I loved this story! I was hooked from the very beginning! The narration was on point!

Great romantic suspense

Ranger Courage is a great addition to the fantastic Texas Ranger Heroes Series, yet can be listened to as a stand-alone. It’s an engaging mystery with twists and turns. Lynn Shannon has written another clean, intriguing mystery that you’ll want to listen to in one sitting. Her books are very well-written and highly recommended.

Lightly Christian romantic suspense

This is an entertaining mystery with wonderful, warm characters. There are various members of law enforcement and a nana. The Christian message lightly sprinkled in adds to the story. The developing romance does not have a smooth road with Avery and Weston trying to figure out who is kidnapping and killing women. The narration is very good.

Suspense and drama

Suspenseful and enthralling from page one, romantic and with a dash of humor - I absolutely loved this story! I didn’t want to stop listening! This story keeps you on the edge of your seat.

A wonderful fast-moving suspense

This was my first book by Lynn Shannon, and I was impressed by her skill in putting this story together. It can be difficult to balance the suspense, romance, and faith message, but she got it just right. There were some tantalising red herrings thrown in, and although I guessed early on who the bad guy was, the climax was thrilling and very satisfying. The narrator did a great job bringing the book to life.
