Love the atmospherics -- amazing "white noise"
I can close my eyes and be somewhere else completely. This is nice, on demand. I imagine my brain waves reset accordingly.

PWN relaxation
This is one of my favorites to fall asleep to! The raven that crows off in the distance reminds me of when I lived down by Mount Rainer. It takes me back home and helps me fall asleep fast!
