I grabbed this out of curiosity and ended up really into it. The quantum physics part broke things down in a way that didn’t make my brain hurt, which is rare. The memory section had tips I actually started using right away like small changes in how I study and recall stuff. It’s not super deep or academic, but it’s perfect if you want a solid intro without getting overwhelmed.

I had hear of the topics shared in the book set but had never delved in these niches. I was glad to have come across this audio because it does a great job at explaining the complex topic that quantum physics is in a way that is understandable and easy to follow. The book is packed with vocabulary specific information but the authors does a great job of emplaning it. If you want to understand this real better this audio is a good way to start. The information in regard to memory and memorization techniques was also very interesting to listen to. I did not know hat this particular niche had so much to offer in order to improve ones memory. Some of the technique that I want to put into practice are the keyword method and the link method as ways to recall vast information in a more effective manner. The audio also shared as to how to identify when memories issues are due to possible conditions such as Alzheimers.
