The most comprehensive psychological manual for improving self image and mastering LOA that is made for everyone.

I have years of therapy including many modalities in conventional or western medicine, holistic healing, and other unconventional modalities such as energy work. I know it is partly because I was ready to receive the words and stories presented and partly because at a deeper level of my being the messages resonate. As more of an intellectual reflector of my reality I am truly infinitely grateful for this book. good book worth the read!

this book is very good in it's concepts and delivery. the narrator speaks way to slowly for me and I could do without all the reference to the bible and god, otherwise it is a very good book.

Must listen in 3x or 4x speed!

I have the physical copy of this book and I love it and the only reason this doesn't get 5 stars is because the performance is a complete drag if you don't listen at a faster speed. I'm at 4X and the narration sounds WAY better. Don't give up on it if you didn't give it a try on a faster speed.

LIFE ALTERING!!

I listened to this book after a huge disappointment and I'm so glad that I did. It said much of what I already knew, but it came from a different perspective. It has become an automatic favorite and I place it near the top of my list of best books
