Highly recommended
The author offers a set of simple, easy to follow exercises for us to try out with a view to enhancing our psychic abilities and living a fuller and happier life and maybe even being able to help others along the way. I've been doing the exercises now for about 3 weeks with some quite amazing results.

Clear and well organized book.
So much will become clearer, and even more will be learned about what you should and shouldn't do. I have found this book to be very helpful in guiding me to a much more peaceful place.
