I would recommend this book to anyone starting out in property. Keeping jargon to an absolute minimum, this book does a fantastic job of not only explaining the basics of property investment in general but also explores, compares and contrasts different investment strategies. A perfect intro.

Would you try another book written by Rob Dix or narrated by Rob Dix?
I would read another book by Rob Dix. however I should have just taken the title at face value. This book is for beginners. As someone who already does property investments, this was a waste of my time. I enjoyed his previous book more.

This books seems like a great book for absolute beginners especially around the UK market. If you have already done a little investment or are looking for property outside of the UK, look elsewhere.
