And January 11 is the date that got tangled up in a tech “best guess,” then walked back publicly after Google clarified a suggested date tied to a Nest image could not be confirmed. People Magazine reported Sheriff Chris Nanos withdrew that specific January 11 ask after that clarification. On top of that, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has warned people not to turn the released doorbell stills into a calendar, because those images have no timestamp, and calling them “different days” is still speculation.
