The authors narrate it and do it very well. You can tell they have a passion for the industry and the service they offer. I have had many aha! moments while listening. Thank you to the authors for a strong presentation and solid business principles focused on the home building industry. The content rings true!

This book title is very misleading
The author never run a construction business and every thing he talks about is the most basic information for a beginner who have No experience. Very disappointing
