Not the same as the TV show
I unfortunately wasn't a fan of this book. I expected something similar to the TV series, but it wasn't. As a 30-year-old woman, I enjoy the show, but the books are a little young for me.

I liked the Show better.
The narrator's voice is pretty high-pitched so kind of annoying, but story line is good. I hate the music in the background at the beginning and the end. It's harder to focus on what the narrator is saying.

Love it...
There's a bit for everyone (really), LOVE the reader - she is perfect. My only complaint is that it just went so fast but...just got numbesr 2 & 3 so I should have my fix shortly! Great story line, keeps you on the edge of your seat that's for sure. If you haven't read this series maybe you should, it's definitely worth your time. I'm officially a fan! :o)

Annoying voice
The voice actor has a very annoying, childish voice. It's fine for the 7th grade flashbacks but now that the girls are older, it makes them seem incredibly immature for their age.
