The good news is that it is really simple to overcome stage fright. I thought it was impossible. With Maria's guide, I realized that presentation is regarded as a skill for a reason, mastering presentation skills can be acquired, developed, and improved. If you practice enough and give the best version of yourself, you can make an art of presenting.

Fantastic audible
I find that a lack of confidence can immobilize me, not just in business but in my private life too. Everyone has some doubts, but this book contains strategies for building confidence with small victories on a daily basis it greatly helps. Stretching our comfort zone step by step will make us rebuild our confidence.

Great tools for aspiring presenters
Excellent resource for the beginning presenter, or even anyone that has suddenly gotten a case of the "jitters".
There are many tips and tricks in here that will help you calm down and present like a pro! If you can't find something in these 79 tips and tricks - you're probably dead inside! I kid of course, but there is literally something in here for everyone!
If you make a living, or want to make a living as a speaker in any niche (motivation, finance, self-help, etc. etc. etc.) this book/audio book should be required listening!
