An amazing read!
I’ve never been able to say no to him. I might agree to be the nanny for his precious little angel, but there’s no way in hell I’m falling for her hot-as-sin daddy...
Famous last words, LOL! Anyways, this was such a fun, steamy and amazing read to fall in love with and to experience.

Great single dad/brother's best friend romance!
I love a good brother’s best friend story and add in the second chance romance and single dad with the cutest daughter- I was so ready for this one!
Lexington Dane and Corrigan Stewart dated in secret when they were in high school Corrigan was in love and devastated when Lex left her to live a big life in NYC. Now, a decade later, Lexington is back in town and needs a nanny for his toddler. His best friend recommends his sister, Corrigan, since she’s a teacher and off for the summer.
Corrigan and Lexington definitely have some old feelings stir up the more time they spend together. You can tell they’ve had a connection. I love the relationship they both have with Lex’s daughter and even though it took them a while to make it back to one another, it was worth the wait.
I listened to the audiobook of Penthouse Prince and it was narrated by Joe Arden and Erin Mallon. Erin Mallon is my absolute favorite narrator ever and Joe Arden always does a great job, so of course I recommend listening to this one. The audio quality is fantastic and the narration is top notch!
If you’re looking for a sweet second chance romance with a single dad and a brother’s best friends story, check out Penthouse Prince. It was a super cute and fun read!

I highly recommend this listen. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon were phenomenal as always.
This book is a lot of Daddy - Daughter time, Lexington dealing with his sick mother and reconnecting with his High School love.
