Even Owen and Hercules have been affected, since their favorite human doesn't seem to have a spare moment to make their favorite fish crackers or listen to Barry Manilow.

Another Great Addition to A Fun Series
Kathleen and her friends are back with another mystery. As usual, this is a very enjoyable mystery made better by the narration of Cassandra Campbell. The characters are all well developed and the story flows like water. I look forward to the next book in this series and strongly recommend it to anyone who likes light mysteries.

oops! this one. . . .
this one was a no brainer. no complexity of plot at all. too bad. I listen to books as a "get away ". I am hoping this story just slipped by the publisher.
this novel is OK if you don't want to get too involved or you need white noise to fall asleep, but if you want to get involved with characters and plot lines, try another in the series. those, at least, aren't completely transparent.

Gentle humor, complete character
This series of books gets better with each new book. The characters are richly drawn -- from cats to people. Her gentle humor makes me chuckle out loud. Unfortunately the ending was another main character in a dangerous situation. I think that's a little overdone. But overall a book I'll listen to again.
