Publisher's summary

After being shot outside a club on her 21st birthday, Pandora Todd, aka Dora, finds herself in the bed of a handsome stranger with a pair of snake-like fangs. Now, instead of a hangover, Dora wakes with an intense hunger for blood and the strange ability to control all things dead, a distinctly un-vampire trait. Unfortunately, just when Dora grows accustomed to the vampire aspects of her eternal life, she finds herself targeted by a rival necromancer. Soon, Dora becomes wrapped up in a plot that will shape her past, present, and future.

Warning: This is part of a trilogy and ends on a cliff-hanger.

Unique Vampire story and voice = a blast!

Vampires have seemingly been a bit played out with the Twilight craze, but April manages to squeeze out a fresh take on Vampirism and supernaturals in a way that’s unique and you can’t stop listening. The take is fresh and the world building is truly unique in the way she portrays the supernaturals. Within a few minutes, you just love Dora and the turns are surprising and keep you on the edge of your seat. The story has so much heart and you can’t help but want to hear more. Great story and I can’t wait to find out what happens in the end!

Great start to the trilogy! Highly recommend!
