This book is an amazing listen , I love the sections after each chapter for notes, the extra material provided on the website and the guide at the end of the book that walks you through actually using the principles in your life. This is my first experience with PNL and as the back of the book states, it was definitely “user-friendly.”

easy to listen- ready to use

This is a great easy manual on practical ways to apply the ideas in PNL. The section on personal relationships is helpful for anyone in management, sales or education. The book is easy to listen in short sections with the main ideas compiled at the end of the chapters. A great value.

Sirve como introducción a este tema, pues a través de la conceptualización de este, lo llegas a conocer sin ser tedioso.
La duración es corta y es fácil de entender. Por su parte el narrador es dinámico y agradable de escuchar.
