I loved the voices the story is amazing as always

I hate that ains is so thick he doesn't realize he has swayed a couple people to his side

It ended too soon!

It's almost a side story, but it's still great. It's a necessary book that sets up the following. But still, it is great on its own.

One of most favorite series

Love this story, world, character building , and plot! It nice to see that Demiurge gets some of the spotlight.

the painful weight of expectation

the section of ainz lamenting hit far too close to home. I had quite sometime sadly laughing at my misery through the reflection of him.

Fantastic as always

Hard to complain about this addition to the saga. The VA is top tier, the story is exactly what I'd expect from Overlord, and it all feels right.

As always, Chris G. did an amazing job with the story, the voices and everything else. There could literally be nobody better to read this story than him, very well done.

Delivery in story telling

I Loved the story and Chris story telling of each chapter. Plenty of action and story development

Oh, the humanity!!! The bad accents...

The Overlord series on audible has been great so far, for what it is. It's not a bright and happy fantasy where the good people are good and deserve the happy endings they surely receive. It's a story about the "good" villains as the protagonists in a world full of evil benevolebt people running around murdering each other, only to have the good villains run them down as food and fodder for destruction.

UNFORTUNATELY... The accents. Are they Italian? Maybe? Are they Arabic? Maybe? Are they Russian? Maybe? Are they Transylvanian? Probably? Are they absolutely distracting and horrible? YES!!!

Pick an accent. Better yet, DON'T USE AN ACCENT!!! Why use an accent? Why is the Sacred Kingdom the only place where the people speak like Dracula with marbles in his mouth going, "Blah, Blah! I vant to defeat 'de demi-humans!"???

The accents make Volumes 12 and 13 almost unlistenable. If I could give these a zero rating for performance I would.

Great Story

Rip squire. The last words from ainz was worth the wait.
Can’t wait for the next release.
