i realy enjoy listening her books! it's one of my favorite
i only wish she will write at least 2 or 3 books a year

book just okay.

narrator was very good. the story was okay. probably better to read it than listen.

A bit of a let down

I have read or listen to all of Sandra Brown’s books just about other than the earlier ones. This was a huge disappointment. The narration was annoying I felt like it made me dislike the female lead making her sound like a ditz and fragile woman when I felt like she should’ve been portrayed more strongly. The gruffness of the Male lead characters voiceover was way too over-the-top. No one talks like that and it was annoying throughout the book. I felt like the storyline was really lacking. There wasn’t much shock at all you pretty much knew who the villain was from the beginning and the intimate scenes were extremely corny. I did manage to finish the book but I just wasn’t impressed. The ending was probably the corny ass part of all literally the very last sentence of the book.

I finished it, but quite disappointed on all counts. Narration of main characters annoying, esp the male lead. Story predictable and villain over the top.

This author always has good books. This one has murder and love mixed to form a completely enjoyable read.

Just ok

Te,plate characters, the retired football star, who hit bottom, but all the ladies still love him, the tough lady lawyer, who wins his heart, and then some really really interesting bad guys. The legal premise was interesting, but the rest was cookie cutter.
