To be honest book

To be honest, books like this tend to be comforting to me because it helps remind me that I'm not alone with social anxiety. There's something reassuring with that thought, as it helps me remember to take a moment to breathe and reassess the situation.

I’m looking forward to completing it.

In the past, my counselor has suggested similar CBT workbooks to help me with some of my anxiety. This is the best workbook I’ve seen for social anxiety, and I’m looking forward to completing it.

VERY interesting.

This book was an eye-opener. It helped me realize I was being a bit reserved on many fronts that I had never considered as I had bought the book to brush up on oral arguments. VERY interesting.

Bought this book

Bought this book because it was hard to find a sitter so I can see a counselor once a week. I worked through the entire book and gained much needed self confidence. The book helped pin point the reason for being shy and become bold enough to get out more and make some great friends. Would recommend to anyone struggling with social anxiety or shyness
