Alright, so I dove into this audio guide hoping to find some chill ways to deal with my own brain doing the most at 3 AM. Love it

This book offers information on how to manage your overthinking and anxiety without taking medicine. All of the natural hacks the author shares in his book are incredibly beneficial and helpful, practically anyone may use them to improve themselves. I wish I had known this years before. Very helpful parts on meditation are also included. A fantastic resource for learning how to manage your anxiety is this book. I heartily endorse it.

Great book with easy helping steps

The author has done a good job in providing natural hacks for one to use naturally and overcome the challenges. When relies on the medication for help, your life tend to be dependable on the medications and your coping skills died down. Excellent book!

Overcome Overthinking & Anxiety Naturally has a profound message. It has techniques to help you slow down, relax, train your brain to take things into a positive mindset through meditation, exercises and build a routine so you can identify when you have these thoughts and turn them around. I can really use these exercises myself and I have a few family members that used medication to relieve anxiety so I can show them how to get helped from this book.
