Abby Craden always brings an author’s characters to life. Even when some of them are jerks. Harper Bliss’ characters always have such depth and detail. Another winner that was worth waiting for!

The combination of author Harper Bliss and Narrator Abby Craden, plus an age gap solve story, there is no way you wouldn’t love it, right? Well I did, enjoyed every moment I listened to it.

Age Difference Romance

Another wonderful story by Harper Bliss narrated by A Craden always a winning combo. This story a little shorter than most but oh so entertaining. Definitely a favorite one of mine.

Worth a credit I couldn’t stop listening.

The artwork

Enjoyed the coming together of two people dealing with different struggles. Also how they managed to rectify uncomfortable situation. Enjoyed imagining the paintings in my head while reading the story. Great narration as always.

Good dialogue, fun story

This is the first book by Harbor Bliss that I have listened to, and I liked it a lot. It wasn’t as cheesy as some other books that I’ve read, and the characters felt genuine, I could picture them easily, especially guided by the narrators voice. I loved that it was an age, gap, androgynous, character, person of color character, and it made me want to run out and rent a lake cabin immediately. Something I appreciated was in the spicy scenes, they weren’t overly ridiculous, using silly names for body parts, or posing unrealistic scenarios. The narrator did an excellent job with all the voices, the inflection and feeling like she wasn’t reading at all, but instead telling a story, worked for me. The only qualms I have is overuse of the word, Mojo, and the tone for the son’s voice wasn’t exactly spot on. Overall, both of those things are extremely minor and I enjoyed the book.
