The combination of author Harper Bliss and Narrator Abby Craden, plus an age gap solve story, there is no way you wouldn’t love it, right? Well I did, enjoyed every moment I listened to it.

Age Gap Romance

Abby Craden always brings an author’s characters to life. Even when some of them are jerks. Harper Bliss’ characters always have such depth and detail. Another winner that was worth waiting for!

Okay, I understand why they wouldn't want Connor to know his mom and best friend were having an affair. I'm just not understanding why the fact that they're sharing the lakehouse has to be a secret. He knows they know each other. Why can't his mom just tell the truth? Her trip was canceled and the two of them ended up running into each other. And instead of anyone leaving, they decided to share the space and ended up enjoying each other's company. Why lie about that? None of that requires telling him about the financial stuff or the affair. I'm also starting to be over Raffo's bleeding conscience. You threw caution to the wind and slept with your best friend's mom. Y'all are in this lie together now. You don't get to decide after the fact that you're too virtuous for this situation.
