First step to getting an Air B&B

As My Wife and I plan to purchase an investment property to Air B&B, I researched a few books and choose this one to purchase for my education. It exceeded my expectations, plenty of tips, tricks and knowledge from experience what the process will be. I feel much more educated going into the process after completing this book. Solid Book on STRs!

Great book that gives actionable steps on how you can improve your Airbnb or how you can get started on the right foot if you’re a beginner. I’ll be reading his newest book next!

Detailed and informative

The audio book has a few chapters that are purely sales pitches to other companies.

Overall this book is highly informative giving tips in detail and at rapid pace. Without a doubt you are bound to find something useful in your listen.

Must Read/Listen

I very much enjoyed this book. I have probably listened through it 10x and each and every time I find something different to apply to my STR. I did listen at 1.2 speed so the narrator did not bother me at all. I have purchased several other STR books and none were even close to this one. I have recommended to several of my friends.

Loved it! Get it!

This book is on the top of my list of "business vacation rental must have books". I was amazed at the amount of solid information in this book. Danny gives examples and techniques so that you can apply these techniques in your own business. Absolutely worth not only the money, but your valuable time in reading it.
