Are you waiting for that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to change your life, change your business or change the world? How will you know when it comes? How will you be sure you're ready?

Successful people are sometimes lucky—but most of all they find success because they have trained their minds to identify great opportunities and make the most of them when they arrive, rather than freezing with uncertainty or lacking the vision to see them through.

In this audiobook Rob Moore, the best-selling author of Money, Start Now. Get Perfect Later and I'm Worth More shows you how to elevate your emotional intelligence and decision making to ensure that when opportunity strikes you are ready to take advantage, seize the day, and win at life.

The business book that's about life

I have quite a library of business and success books. I read this book twice and gave copies of it as gifts. In my opinion, this is the most powerful, Informative and exciting book in the topic of living a meaningful life. Rob not only teaches you to find the opportunities hiding in plain site but also shares the spiritual invisible forces at work creating your reality.

Outstanding

After reading "Opportunity," I must say that it brings me a different perspective on what is an opportunity and made me realize that opportunities happened every day. Through various very accurate examples, the author shows us a new understanding and definition of opportunities. Opportunity is about making things happen, and it is easier than you think. (I would also be curious to know how many times Rob pronounced the word opportunity in this book ;) ).

Rob also gives life-changing tips for your perfect daily life routine (I applied it, and I can tell that it works). As he mentioned in his book, "Routine is the path to success."

Generally speaking, this book boosted my motivation and taught me how to create my opportunities and get the most out of each of them.

Just thank you for this masterpiece. I wrote 100 goals down after finishing the last chapter; I've never been that motivated. I highly recommend reading this book. It is an investment in yourself!

Squeegee pushers live Rob

For a few years I have been listening to self development books and Rob has found a way to take all the guff out and give us the facts. As a business owner and soon to be serial entrepreneur I am bringing my business Squeegee & Ink from strength to strength by acting on his life lessons. This book will the feature of a clubhouse room for sure as we discuss the opportunities we should take and the ones we should leave! Thanks Rob for your continued enthusiasm and action.

A difficult listen

A book about nothing. No valuable information apart from maybe the book recommendations provided although some I have already read . Rob says he often listens to audiobooks on x2 speed , this is good advice here. A big disappointment as his other book Money is excellent.

Rob Moore narration on audio adds entertainment

This was a great book to listen to, both in its content value, with a lot of down to earth pragmatism blended with concepts and entertainment value added from Rob Moore's narration, who is a master on how to use tone and emphasis.

Rob gives his own take on how to spot and take advantage of opportunities, including when to let things go, and also on some well quoted or repeated concepts, which he has his own view on. He talks about education relevancy and how to apply it, and the value of striking the right partnerships and joint ventures, from building good human relationships.

Rob also puts Peterborough on the map to a global audience, for those not so familiar with this less favoured city in the east midlands of England. I admire his loyalty to his local roots, where he lives today with his family in his dream house, and is co-owner of the city's second largest lettings agency.

A book to enjoy and sometimes smile or chuckle, as much as to learn.

Lives the stort and the way of telling it!

The book made me think differently. Made me think how can I manage to create my own opportunities to achieve something greater. I’m paying more attention at the surroundings looking for opportunities.

Frustrating.

So far it has taken 35 minutes to introduce the book and make just a single point: you need to become attuned to looking for opportunities. This is a looooooing listen with long, boring points. Perhaps fine for 13 year olds. I feel like I am getting dumber listening to it. Argh.

Take This Opportunity

If you are looking for a book that builds motivation and self confidence while providing the necessary guidance, albeit somewhat less practical than I'd prefer, then this is definitely the book for you.
