Be Prepared. There are werewolves in this story, and they are not friendly.

Peace comes at a price...

Rebekah and Jamie are happy but discontent. Sometimes it feels like everything important has already happened, that the peace their parents fought so hard to bring them is just a strange limbo they can't break out of. They want adventure, they want to make memories of their own. When a pair of new kids show up at their school, it looks like they might finally have their chance.

It isn't long before the twins open up to the mysterious new strangers. Sharing secrets they thought they'd never tell. Asking questions they never could have imagined.

When a party in the woods leads to near tragedy, they find themselves caught in the middle of a fight they never saw coming. Trapped between two sides and put to the ultimate test.

Will they choose their family? Or their future?

Rogue's adventure may have come to an end, but the twins is just getting started...

Great story, HORRIBLE narrator

WJ May always tells a great story and she does again here but the annoying, nasal twang of the narrator made this a brutal listen. I'll read the book.

Incredibly entertaining story!!!

Only the Beginning, an Audiobook by W.J. May was an absorbing tale of two young twins, Rebekah and Jamie. They are about to turn 18 and are in school, for regular kids. But, they’re different…they’re shifters. Their parents are hugely overprotective of them. They attend a party and everything starts to crumble….can they keep their new friends? Will their parents do something rash?

This story was narrated by Francesca Santoro, whose voice is really grating. I had a difficult time listening to the entire narration….very rare. Also, multiple times throughout the narration, she would start three or four words in a sentence, abruptly stop…then start it all over again.

Thankfully, the story was fabulous, entertaining, and made it all worthwhile!!!! I want to see what happens next!!!
I am volunteering to leave a review for an Advance Reader Copy of this Audiobook.

The Prophesy a great fantasy story

The prophecy a great fantasy story. I was drawn in wondering about Jamie And Becca two teenagers brother and sister struggling with the burden of being different of being immortals. They were trying to be as normal as possible but was it. Their lives weren't normal and their family was trying to Sheila and protect them. I can't wait to listen to the next book in the series
