Lee Sullivan stole my heart and I don't want it back. He can have it! This was such a perfect Friends to Lovers romance! Like don't even get me started. Lee and Annie will forever be one of my favorite couples. I absolutely loved his goofy, golden retriever personality and how Annie is the only one who can see past his fun-loving exterior to the man underneath.

Lee and Annie have been best friends ever since he returned from his deployment. They shared a heartbreaking loss that discourages them from ever trying to be anything beyond best friends. When the small town they live in auctions off dates with Annie for charity, Lee is forced to step up and pretend date her. Ummmmm YES PLEASE!

The ending of this one also couldn't have been better. I loved every single second!

Charlotte North and Ryan Hudson were absolutely perfect for the roles of Annie and Lee. They brought so much fun to the banter and silliness while also allowing so much heart to show through in the emotional moments. This was a fantastic audiobook.

Love bff to lovers stories

I was excited for Lee and Annie’s story but for some reason I couldn’t get into the narration on this one. Missed its mark for me there. Love be Lena Hendricks books and the series.

Great story

Loved this book and the story line. I was really disappointed in the male narrator. He lacks emotion to the story. He was very dry when speaking. I was more connected to the female narrator for this book in the series. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

OBSESSED!!!

"This is the best day of my life."

ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME! Obsessed! I didn't think it could get any better than Beckett and then Lee steps in a says hold my beer! This book was everything and at one point I was laughing and crying at the same time!!! PERFECTION!!! Lee and Annie were perfect!

Lee Sullivan is the fun time guy in the family but he was so much more than that!!! The character growth he went trough in this book was so good!! He was the best friend to Annie but once he decided he wanted more with her he went ALL IN!!! And I adored Annie! She was cute and sweet and the most loyal friend. These two together could start a fire it was so hot! This book is my favorite in the series so far! The town, the characters, Henrietta! I loved it all!

AUDIO: This was narrated by Charlotte North and Ryan Hudson. They both were great and really brought these two best friends to lovers characters to life!

Annie & Lee

Best friends to lovers romance, but they have really both been in love with each other the whole time. I loved the dynamic of their relationship. Steamy. Sweet. Loved it. Definitely recommend!

adorable story & narration!

OKAY LEE I LOVED YOU- how tragic.
this one had me wanting to deck then both but also cry over the lack of communication!! i adore friends to lovers but these two had me ready to pull my hair out!! that being said i did adore the overall book and continuation of the overall mystery & lore of the town. these two love each other so much it hurts us all lol

ryan hudson and charlotte north both portrayed wonderful mcs and their narration fit the two characters very well!

Male narrator

The male narrator has a pleasant voice, but his delivery feels too monotone and stiff for this type of content. It sounds more like non-fiction narration than something casual or engaging.

Absolutely love this story of true love!!
Forever love. The narrators were awesome with the emotion that they put into the characters.

Enjoyable

This was my least out of the whole series. I had to keep pushing through. I was really wanting to love Lee's story but I thought he was more annoying than cute..... But overall it fit the series and Lee is just that annoying brother that you wanna push off the swing but also the love is unconditional.

Cute but predictable

A sweet and heartfelt romance that’s easy to fall in love with. Some parts felt predictable, but the chemistry between the characters made up for it.
