Publisher's summary

We met on a Wednesday.

Became enemies, then lovers, on a Wednesday.

And we made a final promise before saying good-bye, on a Wednesday....

Kyle Stanton is the cockiest playboy who has ever set foot on this university’s campus.

He’s also the last person on earth that I want to interview for my senior thesis since:

  1. I haven’t forgotten how he left me hanging for a group project during our freshman year.
  2. He has a tendency to believe that any woman who breathes in his direction wants him.
  3. Did I mention how infuriatingly cocky he is?

If I hear him utter the phrase “No need to stare, I’ll let you ride it up close and personal, just say the word” one more time, I will scream.

At least, those are my initial impressions until he proposes “a perfect deal” that works in our best interest. Until one filthy kiss changes everything, and he shows me a side of himself that makes me fall in love.

We only have one semester left together, though....

He’s bound for the professional football league, and I’m bound for London.

We promise to remain long-distance “friends”, but a brutal argument tears us apart, and we haven’t spoken to each other since.

Until now.

We met on a Wednesday.

Became everything, then nothing, on a Wednesday.

And now he’s shown up to my engagement party, all these years later, on a Wednesday....

On a Wednesday is a stand-alone inspired by Adele’s “Someone Like You".

Good

The story was pretty good. A lot of back and forth about past and present. Narration was ok, but the story was cute. I would recommend for a quick read.

Absolute perfection 🥰

After the long awaited arrival of this book, I must say Whitney delivered. The banter between the characters the story line along with just the right amount of spiciness needed provided the perfect romance novel cocktail. This will definitely be on the repeat listen list...Buy now you will not regret it!!!

Loved this!

h's dorm roommate is an awful human! 😿 (no animals were harmed). Loved this hot opposites attract/second chance romance. I love it when people learn and grow.

Realistic storyline

Courtney and Kyle do not start out as friends, so the usual "Friends to Lovers" scenario doesn't fit. Kyle can be a bunch overbearing, and Courtney doesn't like 'real or pretend' macho character. Kyle claims he fell in love at first sight, while Courtney takes a while to let him in, bot figuratively and literally.

Not worth the money

I really enjoyed On A Tuesday so I was excited when this came out. It was a complete letdown. There was zero chemistry. He spent all of his interactions with her talking about how he wants to f*&% her and she at first blows that off and then for some reason decides to give in. But solid throughout the whole book that I could get through there was zero chemistry. Just a complete waste of a story and I had to return it.
