  • Psychic Medium Laura Lynne Jackson: 3 Signs From the Universe You Have Been Missing (The Answers Are Right in Front of You!)
    Nov 10 2025

Do you believe the universe sends us signs?

Have you ever noticed a pattern that felt meaningful?

Today, Jay welcomes back psychic medium and bestselling author Laura Lynne Jackson for another heartfelt and eye-opening conversation about what it really means to live a guided life. Laura introduces the idea of a “team of light,” a loving energy made up of God, spirit guides, and loved ones who’ve passed on, all working together behind the scenes to help us find clarity and purpose. Laura reminds us that those small signs and coincidences we tend to overlook are actually gentle messages of love, nudging us toward peace, meaning, and connection.

Together, Jay and Laura explore how to tell the difference between the loud voice of fear and the quiet, steady voice of intuition. They talk about how fear can sometimes sound logical, how doubt sneaks in when we’re trying to trust ourselves, and why tuning in to that deeper inner knowing can transform the way we move through life. Jay opens up about moments when he’s felt guided and protected, sharing powerful examples of how trusting what we can’t always see can lead to the most meaningful outcomes.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

How to Tell the Difference Between Fear and Intuition

How to Trust the Guidance You Receive

How to Quiet the Monkey Mind

How to Strengthen Your Spiritual Connection Every Day

How to Turn Coincidences into Clarity

How to Use Intuition to Make Better Decisions

Life often speaks in whispers before we’re ready to listen. The signs, the coincidences, those gentle nudges, they’re all reminders that we’re never really walking alone. When we slow down, take a breath, and learn to trust that quiet pull within, the path ahead starts to reveal itself with more ease, clarity, and purpose.

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jay Shetty

  • Jay & Radhi Talk About Why Men Feel So Lonely
    Nov 8 2025

Today, Jay and Radhi explore why it feels like so many men are losing touch with real friendships, and the quiet epidemic of loneliness that often goes unnoticed. Jay shares surprising research showing that more men than ever report having few or no close friends and opens up about his own journey of maintaining meaningful male friendships across continents. Together, he and Radhi explore how cultural conditioning and social expectations have shaped the way men connect, often through shared activities rather than emotional honesty, and why vulnerability can still feel risky for so many.

Through humor and genuine reflection, Jay and Radhi invite us to rethink what friendship really means, how we can create spaces of emotional safety, and build communities that feel like home. Jay reminds us that friendship isn’t innate; it’s something we grow into through practice, vulnerability, and care.

    In this episode, you'll learn:

How to Build Real Male Friendships

How to Be Vulnerable Without Fear

How to Recognize When You’re Lonely

How to Find Friends Who Match Your Energy

How to Open Up Emotionally in Conversations

Friendships don’t just happen; they grow through intention and care. If you’ve been feeling disconnected, take one step today, send that message, plan that coffee, open up a little more than usual. The courage to reach out might be exactly what someone else has been waiting for too.

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jay Shetty

  • I Was Lost, Lazy, & Unmotivated — Until I Did This.
    Nov 7 2025

What’s one small step you can take right now to break the cycle you’re stuck in?

Today, Jay shares a simple, science-backed method to help you overcome laziness, distraction, and burnout by focusing on consistency instead of motivation. Rather than waiting for the perfect moment or a burst of inspiration, Jay explains how lowering the bar, creating rituals, and going on a dopamine detox can help you rebuild discipline and self-trust, one small action at a time.

It’s not about working harder or chasing perfection, but about starting smaller and showing up consistently. Jay explains how to protect your focus, rewire your reward system, and break the patterns that keep you stuck. Over time, these tiny shifts compound into real transformation, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

How to Start When You Feel Stuck

How to Build Rituals That Replace Willpower

How to Break Free from the Dopamine Addiction Cycle

How to Embrace Boredom and Reclaim Focus

How to End Each Day with Progress, Not Pressure

Change doesn’t come from motivation. It comes from momentum. When you choose to start small, stay consistent, and keep your promises to yourself, discipline becomes second nature.

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jay Shetty.

I've been listening to On Purpose for over a year consistently, it is my Monday pick me up before work. It's always very motivating and it reminds me that I don't need to scare and stress about Monday, instead, it's a new opportunity to do what I want.

I've also follow Jay's meditation on YouTube and there's a funny experience I 'd like to share. Recently, I've taken a free dive class to experience something new. In order to calm my breath, the first thing that came to my mind was Jay' s voice saying " Calm, Balance & Peace" with the same amount of pauses he always said it, that boosted my courage to dive down into the ocean, to experience the unknown, it was wonderful.

Thank you again for the work that you've done.
