Nice beginning to the series

Who was your favorite character and why?

I really liked Jake. He did a great job of adapting to rescuing not only his sister but all the omegas that needed help. He also did a great job of stepping into the mantle of pack alpha. He came across as a fair and honorable leader.

Which character – as performed by John Solo – was your favorite?

Kai-he did a great job of portraying an omega that has his own personality.

Any additional comments?

I really wish each of these stories were a bit longer with a bit more depth. They are good for reasonably low angst but it seems quick to go from first meeting to love.

Omega Stolen

I liked this one. I would say 4 stars overall for the book and Narration combined. A Good start to the series. The plot and storyline moved along smoothly for the length of the book, and for a shorter story this book was also pretty Steamy, Hot when the Alpha and Omega end up mating together. John also did a great job with this narration and extra enthusiasm for each characters voice and their actions in the book had me completely invested in this story, making me want to know what happens next not only for the ending of this book but what comes next in this series as well.
Alpha Jake has been defected from his pack, but refuses to leave the area until he gets word on what happened to his sister since she went missing the year before. He finds her, but also gets more than he bargained for when he finds his Fated mate Kai and several other Omegas end up being held captive at the same location. They run to a Lodge up North and create their own pack, determined to stay safe from the Alpha of their former pack *Enter Villain Alpha*. There's also a small twist towards the end of this book, which I hope we hear more about sometime in the next few books.

Really good start to a new series

Originally I read the book & only gave it 3.5 stars as the book could have used some good editing. When you listen to the book, the narrator fixes all the editing issues so I can now change my rating to a 4. I really enjoyed this new series. I'm glad Kai didn't go through the horrors that the other Omega's went through as he went through enough with his father. He & Jake made a cute couple. I would have liked the fight to have lasted longer, it was over way too fast.

It was perfect

After reading the book awhile ago and falling in love with the Northern Lodge Pack. hearing it now was bittersweet. The narrator was great. Looking forward to hear the rest of the series.

An Amazing Listen

Where does Omega Stolen rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I love this book. It is well written and has humor, drama, and great sadness. I have loved every book of Susi's I have read. It ranks in the top 10 books of this genre.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Omega Stolen?

The one thing that stands out for me for this book would be the intensity of the feelings and the way the story is told that grips you and doesn't let go. Susi Hawke wraps you in her words to make you feel you are there with the characters.

What about John Solo’s performance did you like?

And this performance was truly incredible. The narrator was able to put emotions and feeling into every word. The voices he used were excellent and he never mixed them up and was very consistent. Truly amazing book to listen to,

I have probably listened to this book/series st least 10 times. Susi Hawke's writing and John Solo's narration is always a winner!!

overall it was good

The story was either really dark and sad or really sappy and sweet. There was no in between.

Second Time Listening. Still Superb.

This will be my second time listening to this series. And I will also listening to the Northern Pine series again as well. The first time I'd listened to this series, I didnt write a review. But I am this time because Susi Hawke deserves to be acknowledge and praised for her amazing gift of creativity, writing, storytelling and talent. I am a huge fan of hers and love listening to the paranormal/shifter/MM/Mpreg/Alpha,Omega genre, and have purchased and listened to particularly all of her books and series. This series here is absolutely superb. The characters and stories you will definitely fall in love with. Now, let me give my opinion about narrator John Solo, he's a beast with is narration. Simple phenomenal one of the best voice actors out here. He always brings is AGame to any book he narrates. If your looking to listen to a great series, I highly recommend you start here👇🏼. You will not be disappointed. 10☆s.

Strong Start

I love the action and the start with a rescue. There are some very dramatic moments and moment that will bring you to tears. But I really love the deep connection these men share with each other and how deeply they feel about one another. Together they are strong enough to start something new.

A good start to the series

My first foray into this genre, I’m not sure if I’d try another book of this type. The story was well mapped and the character development was good. It give a good start to this series and an introduction to various pack members. I liked Jake and Kai and there was a fair amount of humour.

Although I wasn’t in love with the narration, it was clear and easy to differentiate between characters.

Interesting

Okay so Mpreg is not normally something I read or listen too but I did quite enjoy this story and will be listening to Book 2.
Jake an Alpha and Kai an Omega find themselves together after Kai was rescued by Jake.
There are a lot of secondary people in this story which I am guessing will lead to their own story at some point in the future.
I have to say I am reserved about they way this book was narrated by John Solo, I thought some scenes were just too over the top, it won't however stop me from listening to more of his work.

Thoroughly enjoyed...

I really enjoyed this story. The narrator voice is clear and well suited to the characters in the book. The story flows really well and the plot was interesting. I really liked how the secondary characters have kind of been set up for their own stories (hopefully)

I will definitly look forward to the next book.

once started I just had to finish couldn't stop listening the narrator John Solo brought the characters alive so well he done Susi hawkes Omega Stolen to higher level. so cannot wait to continue listening to the series as they develop.
