Small Town/Sports Romance

The FMC, Billie, was likable from the start. I respected her, especially when she stuck to her beliefs no matter how uncomfortable they made someone feel because it was the right thing to do. She was unapologetic about how she went about it, and that's refreshing. The MMC, Vaughn, almost missed his chance with her. He had character development and redeemed himself. I read the reviews and someone said Billie had more chemistry with her horse than Vaughn. I'm laughing at this truth.

This story is so darn good.

I could live in Elsie Silver land forever. I love everything that Elsie writes. This book was exceptionally well narrated. By some of my favorite narrators. I laughed. I cried. I was totally biting my nails at certain points. This is a beautiful story that you just don’t want to miss

Loved this book! Such a good story line and creative love story. I never saw certain parts coming.

This is one of the best books I’ve listened to and I hope to hear the rest of the series very soon!

I really enjoyed the first book in this series and can’t wait to read the rest. The narrators did a great job with this story and they added so much to the overall experience.

Very cute story that appeals to horse lovers everywhere ! Billie is a force to be reckoned with - I loved her confidence and kindness to animals. Vaughn took a minute for me to warm up to admittedly, but he too grew on me by the end. Overall, a solid, easy read with plenty of heart.
