interesting
The story arc ends in slight dissapointment. Some of the characters are cartoonish and the lead female is strong and kicks ass - which I like - but her personality traits are not very believable. Also, there is sex which conrtrib it es to the story and gratuitous sex - which was . . . cheap.

Life changing
I finished listening in less then two days, this book is tear jerking, sexually sensational, adventurous, and all together mesmerizing. I enjoyed every second of listening and will most certainly be tuning in again for many years to come as I own the audio now.

This is truly one of the best vampire stories ever. Golden’s take of vampire lore is clever and interesting. It’s a compelling read and a great listen.
