Stale - tired storyline

The story itself was really predictable and feels a bit like “Fate-The Wynx Saga.” The characters were not truly believable and do not grow or develop that much over the series. Individually, though, each book is enjoyable for a nice escape if you just want fluff and can take it at face value for enjoyment. Performance is underwhelming, the reader portrays almost all the characters in the same way. I did enjoy that I didn’t have to pay close attention to the story and if I missed something, it didn’t take away from the story.

Great lineup of twists and turns.

I hung on every word for the entire series. Great story and narrative. Will look forward to another of her books.

this was an easy listen, edge of the seat curiosity. while the voices didn't differ much it was still pretty captivating.

An enjoyable story

This series was a pleasant way to spend time. All the expected tropes of the genre are there. I recommend this series for older teens and adults who are into feel good fantasy romance. While I did catch some minor inconsistencies in the story canon, that won’t keep me from recommending this series. I would read more from this author.

Narration: One of my biggest gripes with female narrators is that the voices they lend to the male characters are often weak. No surprises here, but overall the narration was good.

Wholesome and Intriguing

Great storyline and plot. All the books flowed well together with constant action. The author did an excellent job at providing detail that was interwoven throughout the story and the voice actor did a fabulous job telling the story so it remained engaging!

Good story

i don't think its necessary to add makeout scenes to any story. other than that it was great. they all lived happily ever after.

It was a pretty good read

It is a fun series, nothing spectacular and a little predictable. I enjoyed the characters, most were fleshed out nicely.

Enjoyable listen, happy ever after

I listened to this free series set as part of Audible membership. I do not usually buy them as I enjoy reading as a distraction, but not my favorite genre. If your looking for a YA, romance, good vs evil this is the series for you. What I liked was that there was make out sessions, but no details so kept to YA audience. What did bother me was they were so young and it felt weird at times and not built up, but I guess maybe the fae are different and there is a bond life mate and love at first sight which could have been better flushed out better. Male character was strong, caring, powerful, sensitive, but not overly done.

Strong female character, but not sure why these authors feel the need to give them all anxiety issues with a repetition of "just breathe" and then doesn't quite flow right when they go into battle; however, compared to other novels this author did a great job in not overdoing so read smoothly and one of my favorite YA series.

Storyline was very predictable with new girl starting school, meets popular boy, hated, etc, but there was uniqueness to the storyline as I have not read a series quite like this on the fae and there were several twists, but you saw them coming.

Overall I recommend. Narrator did a decent job. I heard a few instances of names sounding differently and that was distracting.
