Great information
I think I haven't seen this good of a book on the topic of OCD in a while. Fredrick Gaines seems to know a lot about it. Good professional voice actor too.

Interesting content
I was always wondering about what OCD was and what kinds of disorders were related to it. This is a good book. I recommend it.
